Stronger Together Support Meeting

  • The Crane Theater 2303 Kennedy Street Northeast Minneapolis, MN, 55413 United States (map)

A new sisterhood of support will surround mothers who are no longer parenting.

Bellis is hosting weekly gatherings exclusively for women who have experienced termination of parental rights. This is an opportunity to discuss grief, loss, and what it means to walk through life as a mother who isn't parenting.

Details:

  • Whether your case was finalized months ago or years ago, you are welcome to this free, safe & confidential conversation.

  • A host will facilitate discussions. But the heart of the program is women with shared experiences lifting each other in acceptance, compassion, and friendship. No shame. No judgment.

  • Fresh baked cookies and coffee are served.

  • The Crane Theater is a spacious, casual setting with ample room for distancing related to COVID guidelines.

  • Virtual participation is offered. Click on the “I’m interested” button below to let us know you want more info about that option.

Bellis is a neutral resource that builds community among those affected by adoption and foster care. It works independently from agencies and organizations involved with CPS, TPR, or child-placement. Learn more at mybellis.org. Invite others to this group by sharing this flier.
